Dr Steve Rakoczy President, CEO

 

Steve Rakoczy has been the President of Almos Technologies since 1994. He is responsible for the new strategic directions of the company and all aspects of marketing and sales. Dr Rakoczy has a Masters Degree in Electrical Engineering and a PhD Computer Sciences.

His previous professional appointments include Telvent (Senior Vice President – Environment Business Unit 2007-9); Telvent Australia (CEO 2005-7) Almos Systems P/L (CEO 1988-2005) Laocon Control Technology P/L (Tech Director 1985-88).

Dr Rakoczy is the named inventor of several international patents, including the Revolver Transmissometers, a visibility sensor used in airports worldwide.

Steven T McGuinness Director, Technical Manager

Steven McGuinness has been a Director of Almos Technologies since 1994. He is responsible for product design and operations. His background includes radio communications, and design involving all aspects of electronics and mechanical engineering. His previous professional appointments include Telvent Australia (Director, Production Manager 2005-9) Almos Systems P/L (Director, Production Manager 1988-2007) Laocon Control Technology P/L (Production Manager 1985-88)

Mr McGuinness is a named co-inventor of the Revolver Transmissometer Revolver Transmissometers, a visibility sensor used in airports worldwide.
